Horrible App. Can’t deposit checks
A truly terrible app. It will not let me deposit my checks. It says analyzing image and just spins for minutes on end. Please please fix this app.Not working
Brand new iPhone will not download this app have tried several times3 words…
Terrible, Terrible and Terrible ! This banking app is beyond subpar. Will not complete deposit. When I called customer service to trouble shoot, the rep denied that there was an issue with the app. I was also told that I was not using a mobile device, although I informed them several times that the deposit was attempted using my iPad as well as my mobile phone ! Unsure what’s going on with ActorsFCU, but I’m starting to lose faith that they’re even running a valid banking institution. Very poor service experience

It won’t let me complete a deposit. I can’t get past the photo of the front of the check. I have rebooted, I have deleted and re-downloaded. No help. Called for help with the app and all they could tell me was “mail in the check”. Why can’t we re-instate the old app which worked very well until this one is sorted out. It must have been apparent that the new one was a mess before the April 25th deadline. This has been very poorly handled. I expect better service from my credit union. This is not an impersonal bank after all.Show lessHas some problems
Keeps saying doesn’t recognize device even after telling it to remember multiple times. It would be nice if Bill Pay option more closely resembled website.Page freezes during "check scan" while depositing.
New app isn't letting me scan check.Really unstable
Took forever to log in, as it kept bouncing me off the page where you select how to authenticate your account. Once I was logged in, it kept bouncing me from page to page and logging me out. Old app is much better.
