Doesn’t connect
Tried everything, device does not show up when Bluetooth turned on. Waste of money.
How to let it work
Don’t click the button on the app, go to “Wi-Fi” and select the one named “HNDEC-XXXX”. Then go back to the app and click the button

This product does work as it says it does and it’s pretty darn cool! The issue that people are having is just that they aren’t connecting to the device as a Wi-Fi source. You download the app turn the device on after charging it fully so I would just say to charge it for an hour to be sure because when I tried it out of the box all it really needed was to be charged. I put it on the charger for about two minutes, and the camera was working and then it stopped because it wasn’t charged. After it’s charged turn the device on and connect to it as if it’s its own Wi-Fi source. it will say that there is no Internet connection but once your device has a checkmark at the Shin Wi-Fi connection just go to the app and it will go from disconnected to connected it and from there it worked!!! I guess either people aren’t reading correctly or they just aren’t using it as it’s described.

Worked for 2 minutes until access to internet removed
Worked for a couple minutes then I checked the settings within the wifi and configured them to not allow the device to connect to the internet and a couple more minutes later it stopped working. Not sure why the device would need to connect to the internet… :\. The device connects to my phone wifi but the app simply doesn’t work with it after refusing the internet connection. Could simply be a coincidence…

Horrible
I just got it today and opened it and I’ve been trying to connect it for the past 30 minutes I’ve done everything I can including uninstall and reinstall and working. It doesn’t connect to the app at all. The light is on the tip and the blue light is flashing however, when it comes to the app, it refuses to connect to it. I’m over already, then I come here to read the reviews and see that everybody is having the same problem. Why the heck are you guys selling this product when clearly it’s malfunctioning!!! I definitely need my money back.

Disappointed
My second time using it and it will not connect. I’ve tried charging it and deleting/ reinstalling the app.. nothing is working. Junk!
Horrible Product and Hard To Handle
Im telling y'all now. Do not buy the product that is supposed to connect to this app. The connection process is entirely too difficult. The app doesn't even work it sends you into a loophole of trying to connect to the device's Wi-Fi and then proceedes to tell you that there's no Internet connection, if you try to keep pressing the power button, it will continue to send you to your own settings. This whole product and app is a scam. If your product does end up working, it works once and will either not charge, not have an adequate camera, Or will continue to freeze the video starting and stopping when you look. So, there is also a safety issue on top of the agitating loophole issue. The product is all bad. Just buy a better quality one or just go to a ear doctor because it's literally not worth it whatsoever.
And if the app developers look at the reviews, no shade, but y'all need to do way better with handling the bugs that are within your app before letting people use it.

New customer
I received this product today and I always read the reviews on things first. After reading the feedback I knew I needed to connect to the device wifi and not Bluetooth connection and o worked GREAT for what I paid for the item. Cost me less then 10 bucks and worked very well. I was impressed. Absolutely no complaints here!! I only give it a 4 star and not a 5 because the resolution wasn’t all that great but it was very visible.

Charge the device guys!
It won’t connect if you don’t fully charge the device (like 1-2 hours charge).
At first it didn’t work for me too, I only charged for 15min. out of the box. It could find the wi-fi but couldn’t connect.
After I charged for 2 hours, it come easily.
Also make sure you find a network starting with “HNDEC”.
