Can’t even add my car

The scanning feature won’t pick up then vin no matter what angle I use nor vin barcode I try. And it only can figure out what car I have by doing it manually but then when I go to move on it will not let me, it states there’s an error and to try again, which I do, again, and again, and again.

Reloading the app does not work. Same error.

Terrible App better not get

Error occurs when confirming VIN even though have a register account. Fix your app!

Pairing issue

This App will /does Not pair with my Apple 12Pro Max because it has not updated the IOS VERSIONS!! Frustrated what’s the point of having the app if it doesn’t work!

Vehicle Not Found

The dealership recommended this app. Completely useless. I’ve tried entering my VIN. I’ve tried scanning my VIN. It cannot find my vehicle.

Fiat

-app seems mostly unfinished
-can’t find a dealership location in the app IN ITALY, as I’m on vacation while writing this review in Rome. Passed by Jeep/Alfa Romero/Fiat dealership earlier. You would think that at least this app to somewhat work in the country where it all started. Shut down this one and bring back the old one.

What is going on between the fiat apps?

The My Fiat app shows recalls and more information than this “new” app. Plus this one has an older version number. What is going on between the MY FIAT app and the FIAT app? Why should we upgrade to this app “immediately?

This app is not working

Every time i trying to add my vehicle and put my 8 last VIN Number it says Vehicle not found. How can it be solved?

Terrible

The old version wasn’t great, but I can no longer log into it after the ‘upgrade’!
I have supposedly updated my password 5 times successfully, but won’t let me log in!

This app is not ready for use

Update : Tried using this app again after a recent update. I put in the VIN but it now mis-identifies the year of my car and tells me that it can’t be added to my account (it’s already in my account if I log in either via the old app or the website!) and that I need to contact an agent to do so. Ugh. No thanks.

Original Review : Was told in the “My Fiat” app that I needed to download this app as the older one was being discontinued. Ok, fine. Download this app and sign into my account. So now that I’m signed in, should my vehicle already be there? Nope, it’s not. So I go to add it, put in the VIN, vehicle is found but I’m told to go to the Activate Services menu on my vehicles touchscreen. My Fiat doesn’t have a touch screen! So I hit the “Dashboard” button in the app and am taken back to the main menu where there are no vehicles listed. Hopefully the app developers will do some more testing and refining of this app before they get rid of the old one because this one, in its current state, is not useable for me.
