From bad to worse

When I received the email to download the new app, I was excited. Unfortunately, the app wouldn’t let me get last entering my VIN. My VIN was recognized but there was an error whenever I tapped “next.”
Tonight, there was an update so I downloaded it thinking that would solve the VIN issue.
Nope. It’s asking me to scan a QR code from my car’s screen. Too bad I have a 2016 with a very old version of UConnect.
The app is completely useless.

Doesn’t work

Won’t scan VIN. I can enter it manually but after it finds my car, the app throws “Error loading” and will not confirm.

Won’t allow me to add my vehicle

I downloaded the new app after getting an alert that I should. I have scanned and manually entered the VIN and it says “an error occurred” but nothing fixes it. Do better fiat!

App Useless

I am experiencing the same problem the users have reported: the inability to add a vehicle. After I correctly enter the VIN number for my 2019 Fiat Spider and my ownership of the vehicle is confirmed, when I press the Next button, I get an error message: error occurred while loading, please try again. I have tried repeatedly to add my vehicle, only to get the error message. The latest update did NOT fix the problem.

Typical FIAT Garbage

Won’t even get past the first step of entering VIN. “Error occurred while loading”. Why reinvent the wheel? The “my FIAT” app was horrible and FIAT has outdone themselves by making something even worse to replace it.

Doesn’t work

This new app doesn’t work. It said it located my VIN number but then the gave the message—“Error occurred while loading. Please try again” Its been a while now—same message every time. I miss the My Fiat app!
