Fake Reward Points System
I started using this app a while back when they cut their staff. The reward system doesn’t have a redeem option in the app. Went to the store to order something directly from the kiosk stand and it didn’t accept the QR code for the rewards and the cashier didn’t have a method to redeem it either. It seems the rewards system is there to lure people into buying more without any intent to redeem. Will need to report this to the city of rockville to inspect this as false advertising and fraud.arbittan

You can also find this rule on the Point History Page. If you have points that are higher than the total price you bought, you can use them. You choose to use points on the Check Out page, under Coupon/Promotion. For example, if you spend $15 at the Spot and you have at least $15 in points (that means 1500+), you'll be able to use the points to offset your purchases and enjoy your free order.
