  • One of the best apps from a real one! ♥️🖤🫶🏼

    I’ve been a long time fan & follower of Kim’s & this app did not disappoint. You enter all your info: weight & height, choose what types of eating lifestyle requirements you have or desire, your fitness goals, your level of fitness (beginning, intermediate, or pro) wether you want to do gym or home and that will calculate your cals, protein, & the like. You can choose more than one plan to save & then go ahead & conquer!!
    I bought her plans long ago & used them for home & loved em. Those are saved on my laptop. I bought the app when she had a great sale & this is great for on the go! I modify what I use when I’m not at the gym (but that’s just me). Be prepared to feel like a noodle & feel that burn!
    I don’t choose download many fitness apps as a lot of those people are gimmicky. Kim tells you like it is & shows us that our “flaws” are beautiful & normal. To not be afraid of them & embrace them. Most people online hide them to make $. She is kind, humble & right there with us every step of they as our biggest cheerleader!
  • Only workout plan I’ve EVER stuck to

    Not even sure how to begin. I started following Kim on Instagram during the pandemic and even though I loved her workouts, I never actually took the plunge and did any. Fast forward and I had gained 15 pounds due to health complications. I was at my lowest low. On top of that, the surgery I had planned for the summer was canceled. I took it as a sign that it was time to do something about my physical well being on my own. So I purchased the 3 month subscription to the Believe app. And BELIEVE ME this app works. I have lost 7 pounds but I don’t even care about the weight any more. Her workouts have given me strength physically and mentally. I went into the app and purchased the one year plan that I’ll roll into at the end of September because I fully believe that I’m sticking to this. Thank you Kim!!!
  • Best app Ever!

    At 65 I can say I’ve pretty much tried every method, trainer and app available. Nothing compares to Believe by Kim French. It is by far the most amazing app ever. The layout alone speaks volumes. From the timer to logging your reps and weight…so simple to use. The workouts are amazing and the description for each plan is very educational. There is something for every level and personal goals. The videos of each move (and she has very creative moves!) are a bonus not only beginners but also seasoned fitness enthusiasts as well. The videos have helped me correct many things from form to timing.
    Let’s not forget all of the delicious meals complete with recipes!
    I cannot say enough about Believe by Kim French. I have recommended to all of my friends and I highly recommend to anyone that is sitting on the fence about subscribing! She offers way more than any other!
    I’m hooked for life!
    PS…her equipment on her website is top notch. High quality without the high price!
  • BELIEVE IS UNBELIEVABLE AMAZING!

    A place where to start, Continue and improve! Everyone who’s looking for a structured pathway that guides you into a new lifestyle (peaceful and healthy) MUST have/try this program…. I first tried the program for 3 months and after the time came up I decided to continue… why? Because the way the program is designed makes you feel like safe… a few things I personally enjoy of this program is 1. Is very easy to follow. 2. It feel tailored and detailed just for you. (Your personal goals, and guess what if you follow it… you will see results…. Amazing results) 3. Gives you the reward of accomplishment when you complete your workout and your week. ( that you can schedule as you like with rest days and organized as you like) 4. I found very nice the fact to make space for give you a daily quote before you start your workout, that is basically food for thought… and I think this is very important specially if you’re working on your self-care /self-love journey. Is definitely worthy the investment in every single aspect. I love it 🩵
  • The app that changed my life!💗

    At the end of 2022 and beginning of 2023 I was going through a very difficult time in my life. Dealing with loss, suffering with anxiety and depression. I desperately NEEDED something to help me deal with my struggles, so I decided to dive in on this beautiful fitness journey. I’ve been following Kim French on IG for a couple years now and when I found out she had created this app, I didn’t even think twice to downloading it and subscribing. Before this genius app I always felt lost at the gym, I struggled not knowing what machines or equipment to use or how to used them. This app is perfect!! I love that I can challenge myself with these guided exercises to meet my personal goals, get meal recipes, and kick my anxiety and depression goodbye by using my BELIEVE app. I believed it would help me and you should too! I recommend 100%!! 💪🏼❤️
  • Great App for All Levels

    This is my first month working out with Kim French and her app and let me tell you, it does not disappoint! There are so many programs to choose from and she is very quick to respond if you have any questions. I was unsure of which program to use and messaged her with what my goals were and she guided me towards the program that best fit my fitness desires. I just began phase 2 and am happy with my results so far! I also love the alternative choices to each exercise, for I have to be careful with my left hip and have limited mobility issues at times, so if it’s something that doesn’t work for me, I just switch it up. It also keeps track of each weight you had used previously so you can track your progression. I definitely see myself continuing to use her app so I can try different programs! So if you’re wondering if you should try it, don’t hesitate and download it today!
  • 7 weeks in and loving it!

    This is a great app for building familiarity with weight lifting and the basic lifts. This is a great app to build from the bottom to a solid foundation, or grow from intermediate to advanced— definitely has something for everyone. I’ve been enjoying how the phases of each program build nicely on top of one another, adding complexity and difficulty as you go. I also love how the warmups and HIIT exercises are swappable, so I can change the moves for that day to cater to my mobility limitations.
    My one critique would be that the app freezes sometimes. This usually happens when I’m finishing one exercise and hit the button to go to the next, or when I’ve started a new exercise and the demo lags. This is easily fixed by turning my WiFi off or on, but it breaks up the flow in timed exercises. Still though, quality exercises construction and an easily navigated app overall. Love it!
  • Great visual workouts and amazing macro meals

    I downloaded the Believe app because I wanted to be challenged more this year with my workouts. I am extremely impressed by how the app allows options for both home and/or gym settings. This was important to me as I am currently between gyms, but I do have access to equipment at home. I love the versatility of being able to switch back and forth from home to gym. Kim provides a visual of each workout which is so user friendly as a visual learner myself it has really helped me understand the movements without having a trainer by my side. I also have enjoyed the meals provided in the app. Being able to visually see the macros per serving and being able to double the recipe when cooking for my husband has been a game changer. Thank you, Kim!
  • BEST FITNESS APP OUT THERE

    I have tried numerous apps, programs, gym classes, personal trainers, F45, OTF, etc etc.. nothing has resonated with me like the programs in this app! There are several different ones you can chose from depending on your goals (bulk, shred, full body, shorter sessions etc), new programs are added frequently, and the goals/purpose of each program is explained very very well.. my favorite feature which most apps/programs don’t have is that each exercise can be swapped out for something that targets the same area of the body and gives several options to swap it out for!! This feature is invaluable esp if you have injuries/problem areas or your gym doesn’t have certain equipment/it’s being used. There are also full body programs! I had been looking for one for months and couldn’t find one elsewhere.. I haven’t used the nutrition portion much, but the recipes looks delicious and have good macros. Might try some for the new year!

    I am SO glad I downloaded this app. I have tried multiple fitness apps, and this one truly sets itself apart. It’s clean, organized, easy to use, and extremely helpful. Kim has so many well-curated workout programs to choose from depending on your goals. The plans have easily laid out warm ups, workouts and cool downs for you to dive into without having to think about what you’re going to be doing at the gym (or home). She has videos for every move, and written text so you can see exactly how the exercise is meant to be executed. (Again, no guess work!!) the app has a built in timer, and you can track your weight & reps. I went from being unsure and inconsistent with my workouts, to now LOVING and looking forward to getting up every day, using the believe app and doing my workouts. Seriously it’s been life changing for me and really mentally and physically shifted my relationship around working out. THANK YOU Kim!! Try out this app if you haven’t- I can’t recommend it enough!! 😍😍😍
