Why didn’t i sign up sooner!!

Honestly best app av used. So many recipes and different workouts for home or the gym. So many alternatives for the exercises to tailor to needs. The recipes are amazing especially when you have a sweet tooth like me and still can loose weight. Av learnt how to properly fuel my body and eat tasty foods 🤩😻

Love love love

I have been using this app for the last 3/4 months and it has completely changed my mentality towards going to the gym. I now look forward to every single session. I love the fact that it shows % complete as this spurs on my motivation. I’ve never stuck to something so religiously. Since using the app I’ve only lost 3lbs but my body shape changed so much in the 8 weeks of the programme……again changing my attitude towards the scales. I also eat tons of lovely nourishing foods from the recipes and the app gives me a really generous calorie allowance!

My only issue with the app is that you can’t download the workouts before going to the gym and you are reliant on decent WiFi/internet signal. The signal/wifi in my gym is absolutely shocking. If there was one improvement it would be to be able to download the workouts/videos before walking into the building……otherwise it’s flipping amazing!!!

Easy to use and follow

No matter at home or in the gym — this app is so simple to use. The programs are amazing and the recipes are delicious!

Amazing app for gym/at home workouts

I discovered Kim and her workouts over a year ago when I was looking for something different. I was blown away by the diversity of plans, the food recipes and all the work that goes into workouts. My only suggestion would be to add HIIT workouts to add to plans. Thanks Kim!

In love with this app!

I was recommended this app by a friend and I’m so grateful! I’ve just completed the first 8 weeks on it and absolutely love the results! I have before and after pictures as proof! I love how you can pick from so many different types of workouts, to fit your life and your goals. Each workout has a really good overall description so you know what the aim of the phase is. I also love how every single exercise has a video of how to do it, and again another great description to talk you through how it should be done. I also love that you can swap out any exercise for a similar one if you can’t do that particular one (for example no access to a particular machine). Thank you Kim French, I am a Believer!

Highly recommend

The Believe App by Kim French has completely transformed my workout routine! I’ve been following the exercise plans for a couple of months now, and I am so impressed with the variety, quality, and structure of each workout. Each plan is thoughtfully designed, with options that cater to different fitness levels, which made it easy for me to find the right starting point and progress steadily.

The app layout is clean and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate between workouts, track my progress, and set new goals. I also appreciate the videos and clear instructions—they make it so much easier to get the form right and feel confident that I’m doing each exercise correctly.

Since starting with Believe, I’ve noticed a big improvement in both my strength and confidence. I feel stronger, more energized, and excited to keep pushing myself. If you’re looking for a fitness app that delivers real results and keeps you motivated, I highly recommend the Believe App!

Not great

Not enough swap out options and for some reason I can’t track my reps and sets for each workout just the first one in each section. There’s really not a lot in this app to make it worth it, sadly.

Hi there, sorry you feel this way. My app is pretty much the only one in the market that has several alternative exercises you can swap to using the same muscles so I'm surprised by this review. There's 30 home and gym plans, over 500 recipes and tonnes of features to track your progress?? Including a full exercise history and PB section where you can log your weight and reps and compare to previous entries. Perhaps you are not using the app to it's full ability? Best Fitness App

Kim’s App is the BEST App ever. It’s user friendly and the best part is she is the real deal with body goals for all women of all ages and shapes, especially for this 53 year old.
There are so many programs to choose from, as everyone has different needs. The exercises are easy to follow as there’s a video showing you how, the many recipe options are also fantastic. You can swap exercises if you can’t do one, this is so good for me as I have a back injury which limits what I can lift.
I recommend this app for anyone who wants to get fit, shred and build. The community support is strong as well.

One of the best apps from a real one! ♥️🖤🫶🏼

I’ve been a long time fan & follower of Kim’s & this app did not disappoint. You enter all your info: weight & height, choose what types of eating lifestyle requirements you have or desire, your fitness goals, your level of fitness (beginning, intermediate, or pro) wether you want to do gym or home and that will calculate your cals, protein, & the like. You can choose more than one plan to save & then go ahead & conquer!!
I bought her plans long ago & used them for home & loved em. Those are saved on my laptop. I bought the app when she had a great sale & this is great for on the go! I modify what I use when I’m not at the gym (but that’s just me). Be prepared to feel like a noodle & feel that burn!
I don’t choose download many fitness apps as a lot of those people are gimmicky. Kim tells you like it is & shows us that our “flaws” are beautiful & normal. To not be afraid of them & embrace them. Most people online hide them to make $. She is kind, humble & right there with us every step of they as our biggest cheerleader!

Only workout plan I’ve EVER stuck to

Not even sure how to begin. I started following Kim on Instagram during the pandemic and even though I loved her workouts, I never actually took the plunge and did any. Fast forward and I had gained 15 pounds due to health complications. I was at my lowest low. On top of that, the surgery I had planned for the summer was canceled. I took it as a sign that it was time to do something about my physical well being on my own. So I purchased the 3 month subscription to the Believe app. And BELIEVE ME this app works. I have lost 7 pounds but I don’t even care about the weight any more. Her workouts have given me strength physically and mentally. I went into the app and purchased the one year plan that I’ll roll into at the end of September because I fully believe that I’m sticking to this. Thank you Kim!!!
