An app for everyone!
It can be overwhelming with so many resources out there telling you how to exercise, so if you’re uncertain, start here!
I personally am not a gym-beginner anymore (it wasn’t long ago that I was and was scared of where and how to start), but my goal with using this app is to really push myself to my limit. It feels like Kim French is right there as my trainer, keeping me accountable! I can imagine if I had this app when I started going to the gym for the first time that it would have helped me immensely!
Kim has designed a BEAUTIFUL, extremely user-friendly app, that includes options and ideas for everyone. You can customise the plans to your goals (e.g. muscle gain, or weight loss etc), your fitness level, and it is broken down into SO many different exercise plans that you can choose from. Each exercise and circuit is broken down with a video demo, a description, a countdown timer (that you don’t have to follow if you don’t want to… it enables you to go at your own pace) AND you can substitute any exercise with any of at least 5 alternatives. You can also enter how many reps you did do, and what weight you did, so you can keep your own score of what you can achieve.
There are so many delicious and not at all boring meal recipes that I cant wait to try, as-well!
It must have taken a really long time to put this together and make it so straight forward, because the end product really shows!
Honestly, give it a go! There’s no excuse why you can’t!

The trainer, Kim, alone is worth it!
What can I say? I’ve been doing Kim’s workouts on her home plan prior to the app. They’re challenging and expect nothing short of that!
Take it to an app, and now you can offer the best of the best. Of course, all new apps have bug fixes to work out but Kim is very passionate about making sure everything gets fixed.
I’m still giving it 5 stars as I understand it takes time for an app to get perfected as you should all know nothing is perfect the first time!
Do yourself a favor, give it a try for a week for free….what have you got to lose? Nothing!

This app is EVERYTHING!
I am loving this app. This app is hands down AMAZING. It has everything from recipes to tracking your progress and not to mention weeks of workouts. There are so many workout you won’t get bored and quit. You can also swap workouts out for something else. It also reset recipes for you or you can chose want you want to make for day or week as well as a shopping list. This app is definitely going to keep me going. And I can’t wait to see the progress and change in myself.
