Also when I booked a ride there was no information or the contact of the driver. There was no option of how to know the status of your ride, no car number was provided.
Used it for the first and last time. I would strongly suggest everyone not to use this app, uber is far more reliable.

I’d like to clarify a few points: The double charge you mentioned is actually a pre-authorization of $20 to ensure enough funds on your card. The final charge reflects the balance of your trip if it exceeded $20. Any price discrepancies can occur due to toll routes, heavy congestion, or traffic incidents, which may increase the fare. We apologize if our customer support didn’t respond quickly. Often, incomplete information in emails can cause delays. For faster assistance, we recommend using the in-app support chat or submitting a form on our website at ridehovr.com. We do provide the driver's contact info and license plate number. We're also working to add vehicle make and model for even more clarity in the future. As a young company, having launched in May 2024, we're continually improving, and your feedback helps us do that. Estimated Price Concern
When I type my destination, it appears to give me an estimated price. From what I have heard in the group, they get charged different amounts after.
The other issue is that Lyft is still a lower cost and they give me the full cost breakdown.
I will check on the app in the future but will continue using other methods

7$ more for dame trip than Lyft
