The app billed me but the ride didn’t take place
I used the app for the first time and tried to book a ride. After connecting my debit card they charged me 20$ and the ride was cancelled.Omajdjdkdkd

Since the ride was canceled, this hold should be released back to your account shortly, depending on your bank. No Customer Benefit
I saw a reel and downloaded the app, I must say the idea of paying the driver 100% is absolutely good but if you are not charging your share, atleast reduce the fare for customers, while I see the advantage for drivers, I can’t see the advantage for customers. The app is showing a price that is greater than lyft, in lyft the price for my destination is 18$ and with a coupon on top, the ride is costing me 14$ in lyft but the same destination you (HOVR) is charging me 23$. So I am disappointed in that, uninstalling this app for now, might download it again in future if the company solves both the driver and customer problem, like driver gets 100% share (The core principal of the company) and the customer gets ride for atleast 60% of the price compared to uber and lyft.Show lessVibe security

Promising app and much needed alternative to Uber
I used the HOVR app for the first time tonight from YYZ to get home. The app quoted me $45, but the ride ended up costing me $36. Two suggestions: 1- Allow users to add tip after the ride, not before; and 2- Provide car model and colour, not only driver’s name and license plate number. I’m sold on their service, it’s a win win both for drivers and riders.Show lesstransleaders
