Not the greatest app
I book a trip and the trip doesn’t show as booked. Had to reach out for confirmation then received email however won’t show on the app.
Do something!
App keeps logging me out, it goes completely dark and very hard to use. Members deserve better for the price we’re paying.

Downloaded the app but it won’t let me log in. Members deserve better than this. Extremely disappointing.
A working app
For the cost of membership, a good working app should not be a question. In todays world my 10 year old has produced better apps with AI for free. Please raise the bar instead of consistently lowering it. We members deserve better.
Problems accessing since day 1
I’m constantly getting error messages. Unable to access trendsetter. Not useful at all

Do better for your members
The app constantly changes language when you get logged out. We also haven’t been able to book a trip through the app as it gets an error about date/time format when you click on the book room button. Pleas fix this, there is so much potential.
Bad app needs work
I’m at my resort and for 2 days I can’t sign into app, keep getting error message. Today the app doesn’t open, just crashes.
