    The app is missing one of Barcelo’s largest hotels in Mexico… Barcelo Maya Grand Resort.
  • App doesn’t work, can’t book rooms!

    It’s asking me to login every five minutes, can’t select dates, terrible!
  • A bit confusing

    I found this app a bit confusing, and as a result, inadvertently cancelled my non refundable trip. I called and was given the run around, but eventually reassured that I would be refunded and went ahead and rebooked my trip - essentially paying double for it at the time. I was recently refunded. It took about 6 months. Quite frankly I am grateful to have that money back. I just hope that they fix the app so it’s not so easy to make this mistake. If you’ve already booked and try to make changes, decide it’s best not to try to make changes and simply try “x-ing” out, you will accidentally cancel your trip, and it’s not clear how to avoid this problem. While the app probably has its uses, I’d not try not to use it until you check in and it’s clear you won’t accidentally cancel your hotel.
