We arrived today for a celebration holiday at the ‘all inclusive’ resort. The truth is, it’s not all inclusive. There are different packages but even if you go to the signature level (which cost us an extra £1000), which entitles you to eat a la carte, when you actually look, you have to pay for the ‘premium’ foods on top of the extra payment! The ‘bungalow’ is just a room with no seating area, our outside table and chairs look out on a 8ft hedge, there is no storage in the bathroom and the ‘mini bar’ consists of 2 cans of beer and soft drinks. Even better, unless you pay for signature level, when you have consumed this, it isn’t replenished!! Finally, in the home of beautiful Italian coffee, you find sachets of Nescafé for your breakfast. We feel genuinely ripped off and our dream holiday has rapidly become an expensive nightmare
