Just what our family needed!
We wanted to start going for walks as a family but when you google walks all you get is a map. As non-map readers we wasn’t confident to get out and there and try.
This app is perfect for us, yes it’s £15 for a year, but if you’re planning even 2 walks a month it’s great value for money for a family activities, but obviously you could use it every day if you want too!
It gives you 2-3 options per walk with varying lengths, takes you to parking spots, and uses the compass in your phone to display an arrow on the map. You open the app and check you’re still following the path and point your phone to check direction.
You then tick off the walks when you’re done. Thank you!

Disappointing
The only useful aspect of this app is seeing how far away the walks are from your home. All the walks are described as “lovely” but to see more detail you then hit the paywall. Disappointing
Another subscription app!
Yet another subscription app. Ridiculous! Just a one of payment like apps used to be? Deleted . Shame.
Great App
This app is great. The directions via maps to the parking at the start is brilliant and the gps whilst on the walk is super accurate. I’ve always wanted to explore more but was worried about getting lost, trespassing on private land etc but this takes all the worry away. Have done lots of walks already and can’t wait to do more.

Will never get lost again!
Having spent many years following walks from books with various degrees of success and many extra miles of walking through getting lost if the instructions were unclear or out of date, this app is a great find. Although I miss the written commentary about what you might see, the gps linked map means that as soon as you go off track it is obvious and I will never get lost again. A great find.

Thanks so much for your lovely review! We agree - you do sacrifice a little bit of commentary when compared to traditional written walk instructions. However, we feel that the ease of use of the app navigation more than makes up for it! Hope you enjoy exploring Hertfordshire.

This might be a great app but you’ll never know unless you take out a subscription. Pointless.

Hi. Thanks for the feedback! There is a 30 day free trial on the subscription, so hopefully that would give you more than enough chance to try out the app and decide if it's good for you. The free trial gives you access to all of the 200+ walks for the month and you can cancel any time if you don't like how the technology works. Hope that helps!

Love this App
I don’t visit Hertfordshire much so it’s great to have a ‘go to’ support to help me find some lovely walks in the area. I really didn’t know there were so many. Thank you.
Loads of walks and so easy
The app has a great choice of walks and it’s super easy to use. I have been living in Hertfordshire for over 16 years and I was not aware that we have so many beautiful walks. I like the filters on the app. I can easily find a walk with a lovely pub on route or my son’s favourite - woodland walk. It’s very handy that the app takes you to the parking spot too, so no stressing about finding safe place to leave your car. Great idea and well put together.
