App not reporting
The app was great till the last update, now it rarely records my rides. I have ridden 5 times this month and it has missed 3 of 5 rides. I messaged support, they have not responded to my messages other than to get the VIN, then nothing. I rode yesterday and today, neither reported. The update made things worse. App not functioning
Your app is not working and functioning AT ALL. Screen is stuck on demo vehicle and will not accept my VIN number. Even after entering and reentering it in a numerous amount of times. It just says vin is binding and doesn’t actually bind my vehicle. Please fix this issue.2737464
