I guess Fuji ignored criticism from the previous app.
Useless for now
Iโve contacted Fuji support regarding this issue and they tried everything to troubleshoot and couldnโt figure out whatโs going on.
Only thing I want to use app is for the live mode shooting where I can see myself on phone and shoot with camera on tripod and canโt even do that since it wonโt connect via wifi (connects only Bluetooth which doesnโt help in this matter). Would be great if this can be fixed for the price that this camera cost it should have a fully functioning app.

Unreliable and suspect
Also the app does not connect to the camera more often than not, and the trouble shooting steps fail to resolve it. Itโs always a hit or miss situation with this app as it is extremely unreliable.
The above issues are most certainly hurting the goodwill of Fujifilm.
