iOS 18 support?

iOS 18 has been out for some time, still no support. App cannot connect to my X-T5

Was great until most recent update

Was working fine but since updating to the latest IOS firmware and fully updating the app it will not open and crashes immediately, uninstalling and reinstalling has not fixed this issue, was working completely fine before last update

X-T5 does not pair on iOS18

Was working fine but stopped working with iOS update and can no longer pair. Keeps saying camera is incompatible. Mainly use for geotagging but can do that in Lightroom so app is not useful anymore.

No iOS 18 support

Unable to connect to iPhone or iPad on iOS 18. Works fine still on iOS 17.

Wireless connection is unstable

The camera seems to always lose connection with the app when transferring and the only way to reset it is to take the battery out of the camera. Very disappointing.

Initial Impression

When the app isn’t capable of doing its most basic function β€œit is garbage”. I registered my camera twice, first using a tablet then my phone. It still doesn’t recognize my camera as being registered. How can I possibly rely on software that can’t transfer AND retain the information to carry out any other functions like transferring a photo. GARBAGE

Please fix iOS 18 beta version

Hi, just updated my phone to iOS 18 Beta and the app started to not recognize my X-T5 camera and was telling me it is not compatible by suggesting me to use Cam Remote app, it was working there, but still my camera works great with XApp , please fix it and I’ll change my rate, which is for your attention. :)

Flawed

After my first review,I tried to get XApp to work properly. Some photos transferred over but then the transfers stopped and the time remaining according to the app began to rise until it exceeded a couple of hours. It became apparent the app thought there was no storage space left but in fact according to the iPhone, there was 17 GB still available. Less than half of the new photos did show up in the Photos app but more than half remained untransferred. I halted the process with XApp on the phone and assumed the transfer process had halted. A couple of hours later I discovered that the Fujifilm X-T30 was still trying to transfer photos and in fact that heated up to an alarming degree. I immediately turned off the camera's power switch but the orange/green light kept flashing so I had removed the battery which was very warm to the touch. I have no idea how much damage I did to the battery. But this app is seriously flawed and I really don’t think anyone should be using it until it’s fixed. And yes, the X-T30 is running the most recent firmware update.
