Then a couple of days later when your custom meal plan is ready, you will receive it in your inbox and you will be ready to start your weight loss journey. == Your Meal Plan == Based on your submitted answers, you will receive a custom meal plan based on the package and you will start your weight loss journey. This meal plan will be prepared by our nutritionist and will feature tasty recipes that will help you lose weight in a natural and healthy way.
