Don’t buy the full version
I purchased this app a few years ago but I can’t restore the purchase and instead it wants me to pay the full amount again. I have contact support about this but they just brush it off and blame Apple for it and leave me with a not functioning app. I’m disappointed and won’t buy anything from this developer in the future.

What a beast
I’ve been jamming for like 2 hours on the same preset, so much fun and so much power in this little synth.

Not being able to use the Animoog presets I paid for in this Animoog Z app is a bitter pill to swallow. I invested quite a lot in your previous Animoog app only to have you abandon it and now it's deteriorated to the point where it doesn't display properly on my iPad Pro 12.9. I'm hardly likely to spend any money on this and then get caught again when you release Animoog pro plus or whatever you decide to call the next incarnation.

Hi Brad, The original Animoog was released for the first iPad in 2011 and we could not continue to update it for the new requirements of the iOS platform and Apple devices. We made Animoog Z free to play and it can import any original Animoog preset. Please take a look at the manual that details how to get your presets imported: https://animoog-z-manual.webflow.io/importing-legacy-presets Also, the original Animoog can still be downloaded from your App Store purchases, so you can continue to use it on the devices that still support it. ❤️ your friends at Moog
Perfect for those who are looking to start an understanding of adventure in synthesis
A perfect launch seed for those contemplating entering the world of analog / digital synthesis and the beauty of sound. I find it a great start for those who are beginning or even intermediate levels. The fact that I myself have synesthesia , which is where the brain associates sound with color and or numbers etc… these color orbs are a blessing. I’m a seasoned ARP and basically all Moog synth auteur. This is already a lovely free app that allows me to choose my own add one which I will start my scapes of my own city. I look forward to really championing this app and pleasing the creators. I am really looking forward to tomorrow now..

Great machine
Paid for full access yesterday and can’t put it down. Amazing to have classic Moog sounds for next to nothing on my iPad. Definitely recommend buying.
Great app with amazing sounds!
Even on the freeware version I’ve got, this does so much more than any of the synth units I could afford to use. A lot of fun to use & easy to get a wide range of very different sounds out of. Looking forward to plugging in & using with Ableton Link.

Great: note the in app link to the manual has stopped working. Animoog info has gone.
Still a firm favourite on iOS. Wanted to check something out re changing patches while not retaining all features (one of the patch randomisation features of Animoog) as it doesn’t seem to be working properly, check the manual. Manual no longer there… is this because of Moog’s recent troubles?

Need the 4 track recorder back
I love this App. I actually loved the original Animoog a little more and I definately miss the built in 4 track recorder that the original had . Moog is by far the most innovative and classic synth makers out there and both Animoog and Animoog 2 are amazing to use and create with . Hope they make more original apps that are unique to iPad .
