The only word to describe this is utter incompetence. You can’t reach anyone on the phone, they lose prescriptions, and it takes forever for me to get my medications if they come at all. Under no circumstances should they still be operating. Yet another reason to loathe Ascension.Lizzie is here
Virtually useless
Offers very little. Seems like Ascension is trying to reinvent the wheel with their mail order pharmacy. CVS, Walgreens, etc all do it better, faster, and easier. You can’t even use touch id with this app but must login each and every time…or when it times out after a few minutes. Laughable.fifth GG
What a disgrace!
Thanks Seton for taking something that was working perfectly well and screwing it up. I was getting my medication on time every month until I started using Ascension Rx. My doctor sent a refill last week and Seton has still not filled it. Cannot get hold of anyone on a weekend either. Completely inept.Show lessAscension Rx is the worst!
Home delivery a joke
Horrible, horrible, horrible. Still waiting for my medication after submitting a refill request 3 weeks ago!!! Ended up running out and haven’t had my medication for a week and went thru a physical withdrawal and became sick. Couldn’t reach anyone because nobody answers the phone, you just get a busy signal all the time. The online info just keeps saying processing…for 3 weeks!! This company should be prosecuted and out of business!!! Do not use them for home delivery because you will not get your medication on time and you will be screwed. Very dangerous to rely on them filling your meds, go directly to a prescribed pharmacy instead and pick it up yourself!Show lessbobmarley23
Biggest joke
It takes ages to get you prescriptions filled and delivered. Waited so far over to weeks and just get “will be ready soon”. Can’t speak to a person or even email a complaint or just a question, like ‘ do I have to die before I get my prescriptions?” Avoid this at all cost.Car veteran

It keeps signing my out of my account every 60 seconds, making it extremely difficult to use.layneexkahd ejaiennrna

Rx Transfers don’t work
Don’t expect Rx Transfer in the app to be processed by Ascension. They should remove the RX transfers button or remove the app from the store!gkraft4
