I love Coopah!
I love Coopah!! It help my find my love for running again! 😍 I like how it is structured and the schedule is flexible so you can adjust as needed.
Really helpful
I used to use NRC but this app is leagues ahead. I love that it gives you pace goals for each run, includes strength training, and lets you edit your schedule while still giving you a recommended schedule. It’s been amazing so far, just wish it also included warm up and cool down guidance for people like me who cut corners and really need our hand held haha.

Great App to Keep You Motivated
Really enjoy how user friendly and easy to use Coopah is. My favorite part is the integration with my Apple Watch, which pushes your workouts directly to the watch and then imports the results. Makes tracking progress so easy!
London Marathon
I initially got this app for two weeks on a trial as I am taking part of the London marathon next year. After using it for these two weeks I decided to take the plunge and have purchased the app for 12 months. I quite like the way it helps you structure your training for your run and there’s some strengthening activities included too. You can also swap the sessions around if you are busy on certain days. It pushes the workouts to my Garmin watch - at first I struggled to get to grips with this however, I accessed the help section within the app and I think I’ve sussed it now. I feel that Coopah is a great training option, you have access to their coaches and a plan that will get you to the start line!

Great!
Love using this app and it has helped so much in my journey to run my first half marathon
Great for keeping you on track
I’ve been using the app for around 3 weeks now. The training syncs really well with my Garmin watch and each run is planned out on my Garmin watch and the result swiftly syncs up to the app. I particularly like the gym / strength training. Great if you are training up for a 10 Km or half / full marathon. The training hints are very useful.

Good for scheduling but…
I am currently using this to train for my third marathon distance. The previous two I just used plans from the Internet. I like this app because it gives you adjustments according to how you’re performing, I’m able to change around the plan as I wish and it also has strength and conditioning already included into the app so I don’t have to think about what I should be targeting. so far I am enjoying it however there are some probable teething issues that I would like them to solve. For example I’m a runner who runs on a treadmill and outside, so when I load some of the exercises to my device it only records them as outside runs and doesn’t give me the option to decide where I am doing the run. Also, when you have targeted pieces that’s quite difficult if you don’t live in a flat area. The other issue I have discovered is when you load them from your device it doesn’t always pull all the data for example I’m an Apple Watch user so I load it from that and it doesn’t always give the splits from that. So I’m confused why this is as the data is readily available and loads to absolutely fine. Once they solve these kind of issues, I would think it’s a fantastic app but there’s still a little bit more to go with it.

Great app
I have really enjoyed using this app for my half marathon training. Super easy and helpful.
Brilliant marathon training app
I’ve been using Coopah for a couple of weeks as I work towards the London Marathon 2025.
I was a complete non runner up until April this year, and am now able to run 10 miles. Adding the Coopah app in to my training has given me a personalised program that’s curtailed to my needs and fitness, and gets me doing way more than just pounding the pavement to cover distance.
Every week I have an easy run, an interval run, strength training and rest days. I can move things around in my schedule if they don’t work for me on that particular day which is really handy as I have two kids and our lives are busy.
The app has pushed me to doing things I wouldn’t have thought possible, even in this short time, without feeling overwhelming or off-putting.
The strength training videos are great too.
Overall, it’s a fantastic app and I can’t wait to explore it further over the next few months on the run up to the marathon.
Oh - I have a “B plan” set up alongside my main marathon plan prepping me for a half marathon in January - it’s great to be able to run multiple training programs alongside each other.
I highly recommend this app if you need motivation and help to reach your running goals, or you want to elevate where you’re at with your running and go further.

Actually works!
This is the first time I have actually committed to a fitness app. It’s been fantastic being able to create a bespoke running programme so quickly and easily- one that actually works for me and makes the plan varied and enjoyable, pushes me out of my comfort zone just enough, but not enough to make the goal seem unattainable. I like the way it’s easy to import run data from other apps and devices, or manually enter it. The only issue I have had is using the app itself to track my runs as the split time/pacing was all over the place, but I need to give this another go and I prefer to use my smartwatch to track the run. In summary, the whole thing feels personal, but not invasive. I would recommend.
