  • Works fine

I’m not experiencing issues with the app so far after updating the firmware on my OW2’s. The touch control options are good, especially the swipe controls, and the equalizer helps with how bass heavy these buds are.
  • Poor usage with OWS OLA headset

The whole app is terribly buggy to the point of being unusable. Pairing order between button and headset matters. Expect have tone-pair multiple times. Equalizer doesn’t work with an error showing up that says “equalizer not applied”. If youbisenitnon yellow mode it can completely upset ability to use with music. You’ll have to exit the “talkie” tab and go back to music.

Basically, the thing is a mess of an app. The headset works ok but don’t expect good performance out of using for anything else and or with the included button.
  • 专注模式比较鸡肋

    总是自动关闭,希望改进
  • They listened to their customers

Don’t need to sign in anymore. GoodJob
  • App does not work

I am unable to accept the user agreement as there is no button. I deleted and downloaded again and a button popped up, I hit agree but the was prompted to accept user agreement again. But when you click back in there is no button.

Hello user, Sorry to hear that. Please specify at which page does the issue happen. Usually you need to accept the user agreement and privacy agreement before using the app. Just need to know if you need a no button to disagree the agreements? Thanks a lot!
  • “Governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China”

Unfair that customers aren’t told before purchasing headphones from Oladance that, in order to use the phone application to set up preferences for the headphones once they get them, they have to agree to be governed by Chinese law. And there is no alternative way to set up/program their new headphones. If they don’t “agree” to the terms of service (or maybe just want the chance to read up on Chinese civil law before accepting, to know what they are agreeing to), they cannot control their own headphones and have no right to adjust preferences. We should be provided with the terms of service BEFORE purchasing the headphones, so we can decide whether to agree to them before spending the money. I live in the US and I know very little about civil law in China… I’d like to know *before* I buy an electronic whether I will have to fly to China and be governed by Chinese law if there is a dispute. Obviously I didn’t agree to these terms of service, so now I can’t use the application in order to use my own property. Also, kind of rude to have such a massive terms of service just for headphones, because you know that very few of your customers will have the time/energy/capacity/ability to read through such a tome… and then to put this at the end: 4) Governing law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute between both parties shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In case the negotiation fails, a lawsuit shall be filed with the court where OLADANCE Technology Co., Ltd. is domiciled.
  • App doesn’t work

Before the update I was able to use the app.New update requires email or phone to login and it doesn’t work! The app states “Open Bluetooth setting page and connect the buds to proceed” I connect via Bluetooth and the app still doesn’t work.

Dear user, will this issue still be encountered in the latest version
  • Requiring phone / email is a show stopper

    Cannot use
  • Needs Phone number or email to use the app. Uninstalled and returning the product.

Bought a OWS Pro today and wanna try out the focus mode, only found out it needs the app to set it up. Downloaded the app, only found out that it needs to be signed in with Email Address or Phone number to use a already built in local functionality.
It’s a very scummy practice and should not bear. Just uninstalled the app and going to return the product to amazon.
  • App is Terrible. Please Fix

I've been a long time OWS user and just gifted two friends with a set for each of them to enjoy. The app completely failed and would not recognize the codes provided. The 1st generation of the app was the best without any login or verification required. You are ruining your products ability to expand its consumer presence with this terrible app. Why can't you get it right? Not going to buy anymore of your products until you fix the app. And please do not ask me to contact you to give you more information. You should know from all the feedback that the app is bad.

    Developer Response

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused to you Please contact customer service on the app to provide your phone number
