Buyer beware. I can't confirm that Tom's Guide reviewed these by a search on their website. The audio is muffled and the quality of the components feel cheap. Returning these and deleting this app.

Just got these and the fit and sound is game changing. No more sore ears and I can hear what’s going on around me! This company is going places.
Update (2023-05-10): To all the cry babies 😭 regarding registration and “data harvesting,” grow up. You’re literally using a 24/7 data harvesting device. Maybe you need to buy and listen to Edward Snowden’s audiobook and set your Oladance EQ to “Spoken Word EQ.”
Forces me to provide a phone number or email in order to pair / configure the headphones. NO legitimate reason for this, no matter what excuse the company gives. Especially when the app USED to work just fine with no sign up. Only actually reason for forcing the signup is the company wanting to harvest your data.

The earlier versions of the app worked fine and did NOT require my logging in by phone or email. The latest update is terrible! Will not send me a code to my phone; had to do by email to get into the app to manage my devices. Then one of my devices wasn't listed as before. Problem even after deleting the app and reinstalling. Love the sound quality BUT I'm very frustrated with the latest app version. PLEASE FIX YOUR UPDATE...

Please contact customer service on the app to provide your phone numberkeeps logging me out and when I try to log back in it has no idea that I even have an account. Also, everything turns to mandarin once in a while and that concerns me that there's something nefarious with this app.

May I ask if you are using the same account to log in to multiple devices? If so, only one device can be logged in at the same time, and other devices will immediately disconnect. If you want to log in to multiple devices, please use a different accountThere is no rational reason that the app should require sign-up, unless a user wanted to purchase addons of some kind. I can no longer access the app settings; it insists that I sign up using email or phone.
