Apple Watch version.??
I just got this bottle and app for water intake. I love the idea and convenience of the USB C charging port, and where it is located. I also like that all the counting happens in the cap. However, I don’t think the measuring is anywhere close in accuracy to the amount of water being poured (which I don’t care much about as along as it gets me to drink water). The only thing is missing is an watch component, so you can keep track of your water intake % by glancing at your apple watch face widget.Show lessTNSLPPTSO

I just downloaded the new update. Now the app crashes as soon as I launch it. Tried rebooting iPhone. Next will try deleting and reinstalling itit.is.art

This water bottle is not great. Especially the app. At first I love it but then every time I connect to the app it deletes my progress, then it was fixed, but now it’s broken again. Also my water bottle isn’t tracking on its own correctly anymore. I’m so done with this. Going to try to find a better one. I also wished the app would update my water intake in the background so I don’t have to open the app all the time.Show lessMaZaAl

I haven't experienced any of the problems noted in the other reviews. Syncing works fine - it doesn't require the app to be open while you're using the bottle as another reviewer claimed. Though it does take around 5 seconds, or so, to sync once you open the app, so maybe that other reviewer was just impatient.Show lessSnaver
Terrible customer service and extremely slow response time
I have ordered one WaterH Boost+ and was really happy with it. So I ordered another one using Shop app and never received the item (it has been two weeks).
Contacted customer service multiple times (about 5 different times) and they were extremely slow with responses and still couldn’t fix the problem. Also, I dropped the the brand new bottle once and it is almost unusable. Their products are not durable and their customer service is the by far the worst I’ve seen. No Background Refresh
A key component of automatically tracking my water logs is background refresh for the app. Since this app doesn’t have it and I have to open the app to so that the bottle will record the water intake, it’s only a small step up from adding my water manually.
Other bottles like hidrate, do this fully in the background.Show lessLowma08
No Background Updating
The only issue is unfortunately a big one for me, the bottle only connects to the app to add your water drinking data when you open the app, I really wish it added data without me having to do anything! I’m seriously hoping there is something the devs can do to fix this…YaxisDan
