  • Horrible App

    Not helpful at all, paid to get inquiries removed. It has been months but haven’t had anything done. They also make it difficult to unsubscribe from them. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Worst app in the App Store.

As a neutral company, we do not act on your behalf but provide the necessary tools for you to manage your credit.   • It charged me twice two months in a row

    Be careful with this app.

    Our system is designed to bill members one time per month for membership fee. If you have more than one charge for the month, it could mean there are two accounts. Please contact us at supervisor@consumerdirect.com or call us at (877) 210-0180.
  • Can’t login

    I’m getting frustrated with this app. Every time I try to login I have to reset my password. Why? I put my credit card and it says my card doesn’t work. Crazy!

    Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize you were experiencing issues logging in. Since a phone may have an old password saved, you need to make sure and type everything in, email address and password, and not allow any autofill until after you have successfully logged in. Once you do this, you can save or update the new password and you should have not any issues going forward.
