  • Fantastic app but..

I’ve been using the app for over a month, and it has been great to record and see patterns in my mood and sleep.

However, the history function is not working properly. It shows a daily view under ‘week’ and a weekly view under ‘month’, and I am unable to swipe right and view my previous data on either, despite the tutorial telling me this is a feature. Please fix this. 🙏

  • Medications log could be improved.

Just downloaded and the app seems impressive. One issue is that when logging daily medications, you can select how many times a day you take a dosage… but there isn’t any apparent way of logging when you’ve taken each dose individually. Eg one medication has a dosage in the morning and evening, but you can only tick a box that says both doses have been taken. This isn’t so good if you can’t remember whether you’ve taken either your morning, evening, or both doses over the course of a day.

I did try then saving the medication again with another 1x daily dosage to get past this, but the app won’t let you insert the same medication twice on a separate line.

Other than that, seems a good app!

  • It doesn’t work please fix all these blips

I’m really frustrated with this app. In your comments section for the day which I want to update and edit regularly throughout my day. The edits only show up on the home page but not on ‘my day’ tab.
The meds section can’t be edited, I want to delete some, it gives you the option of doing so buy it actually doesn’t work. In the tutorial screen it appears differently from the app.

  • Very helpful for spotting patterns.

I have found this app very helpful for spotting patterns. It gives me the information I need to be aware of my triggers, how my mood changes, what sleep I get (not enough) and I can reflect and plan my activities accordingly.

When I do go into my depression phase - it helps me to focus on what I am experiencing and I can record it to look at later to help me for when I next go down.

It is good to have it to hand on my phone so I can record wherever I am and capture what is happening for me to review later.

    Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Great tracker!

This is a great way to log your symptoms and identify patterns.
  • Helps so much

This app is amazing. Not only does it help me to dump all my feelings in the diary. You can see a graph of your mood changes. With that it helped my dr so much to assess how I am. Thank you bipolar uk! Super helpful. Would highly recommend xxx
  • Easy to use. Unobtrusive reminders

No too many things to fill out. Not too many choices. And easy place to put things that might impact mood/health.
  • Good but could be improved

First app of this kind that I’ve used. Always hated mood charts but the app makes it possible. However difficult to record taking of multiple meds several times of day accurately
  • Helping so my much

I love how well designed this app is. It is really easy to use and is set up for people with bipolar unlike other trackers so it’s useful. I’ve tried to keep up with other mood tracking apps and haven’t been able to keep up on them. But this one I’m keeping up on.
  • Widgets please??

I just wanted to come and write this because it’s not often (if at all actually that I write reviews). This app has helped me to keep track of mood, sleep, different behaviours etc and the layout is easy, and accessible.
I LOVE that you can add your own moods on there as many mood tracking apps don’t have this feature which is frustrating at times. As well as this the colour coded graph feature is simple and effective! I would love to see this feature have a year option too so you can see any seasonal or other patterns. The export tool is also incredibly useful!!

I think it could really benefit from being compatible with apple widgets/smart stacks.

When I get into low mood scale I often forget to track my mood as effectively, get distracted or actively avoid it. Having the app more accessible, such as front and center on a widget or smart stack would serve as an extra reminder to input the mood scale number today, even if nothing else is inputted. So then at the very least there is still a tracking of mood which can be used diagnostically.

Thanks for creating something so helpful!
