  • Best mood tracker for BP, hands down

I’ve tried many tracker apps but this is hands down the best one I’ve used. It’s simple, intuitive, but it’s one of the only apps that I’ve used that seems as though it was made by people who actually understand how bipolar makes you feel. I never leave app reviews but it took me so long to find this app I figured I would try to help others find it.

  • Could be better

The app is good, but a bit buggy. You can’t delete old medications. You swipe and click to delete and they don’t. It’s very irritating. Also. Still haven’t got any “update” for the app even though it says on the App Store the app had a version update around 5/6 months ago…
  • I Like the Simplicity

But, I do not see a way to add a decimal to med dosage, for example I take 2.5 mg amlodapine, bug to fix?
  • Great app

This is the best bipolar app I’ve tried and I’ve tried many. I think tracking your sleep is almost as important as tracking your mood. I’ll be telling my psychiatrist how useful it is.
  • Fabulous

I’m a rapid cycles win a normal range of emotions who just started using app recently- app showed me the rhythm of my sleep cycle - unfortunately last night didn’t get ANY sleep at all - which was outside my normal pattern. I’m in a very difficult domestic situation - police out to take statements yesterday- domestic violence by husband. BUT I’m not worried by my bipolar which is as good as it gets. Your program is a lifesaver!!!

  • Just Right

There are so many mood trackers out there that are extremely bloated with features. As a DTx Product Manager living with Bipolar II, I’m constantly trying apps for product research and personal use. This app is so perfectly balanced, delivering the right amount of data you need to input to get the most out of the output. You very quickly see results of your efforts of imputing data which is really nice, a lot of other apps I’ve used require a significant amount of either data or time to see any output. 4 days in and I’ve already seen the benefit and value.

Thank you so much, Bipolar UK, for providing this tool. This tool will save lives!

  • Glitches

Glitches where you score your mood and hours slept. I put in my scores and saved them. Then the results on my page were not what I saved. Hopefully these glitches will be fixed.
  • Great app with a minor glitch

Really good app for tracking your mood for someone with bipolar disorder. There is a glitch with the display of your hours sleep on the current day’s dashboard (today I put in 10 hours and it shows 4), but this displays correctly in your trend data.
  • Good functionalities but not discreet

I like this app, it has the functionalities I am looking for but having the massive logo “bipolar Uk” in the home page is highly annoying and embarrassing. I don’t want to advertise the condition. I already know the app name when I open it.
I am not a fan of the look, it is not pretty but again the functionalities are there so I am happy.

  • Really useful but very buggy

Bugs throughout the app that make it a bit frustrating to use, ie sometimes data doesn’t save and the navigation is a bit confusing for the graph. But generally helpful and useful
