Terrible Experience, App Doesn't Work
I downloaded this app with hopes of managing the points ,but it has been nothing but a disappointment. The app frequently crashes, making it nearly impossible to use. Even when it does manage to stay open, it is slow and unresponsive. I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting my device, but nothing seems to fix the issues. It's frustrating.
I hope the developers can address these problems in future updates, but for now, I would not recommend this app to anyone.Show lessKSGoraya

I cannot register because of an error with selecting country of residence. It is a compulsory field and whenever I try to select the country, it just wouldn’t share a drop down list nor would it let me type anythingfjadoon7
App not working
It’s been almost 3 months that I am not able to use the app at all :s initially it kept giving error ‘update the app to login’ while there was no update available. And now, it just keeps spinning when I try to loginSaad284714
Unable to login
We can’t login to the app. Every tume we tried to login. Popup appears that update the application to process. After clicking to the update button, it’s redirect to the app store even app is already updated. Means there is no any new update in the App storeDeveloper Response

It has been more than a month that the app is not working on IOS and keep asking to upgrade, while there is no upgrade available on AppStore. How could someone put such prompt when an upgrade is not available. Either make the upgrade available or let the previous version workRahim Zui

It has been 4 months the app is not working. No one is stating clear timeline when it will work. It is a very good and useful app but request to resume its working asap.Mahmoodshaikh
Login issues
I am trying to login but helpless as i am receiving the message to update the application but application is already updated. I shared the complaint, was asked to reset the password but issue remains the same. If anyone have solution please share.786@klmn

App too slow
App is too slow seems like its APIs are hosted on some free shared hosting service lol take ages to login and show points and redeeming points is also difficult due to app slow performance. there are some other flaws in app
- on iphone ios 15 in app input fields u cant paste data into it like if u copy transaction number or IBN u cant paste it u have to manually type it.
- i have a lot of transactions to pakistan via Remitly payement gateway which are credited to my bank account however i not get any points for it nor auto nor through self reward claim. pls fix and add Remitly Western union etc too
- In user profile unique ID cant be edited its only limiter to digits however unique id on my transactions is name alphabets so pls fix this too
- customer support is bad when i call on helpline it put me on hold for more than 10 min and so far i have not talked to any human operator nor i got reply from their mail support too
