  • What a joke this app is…..

    I successfully created an account, however, could not log-in due to password error (password doesn’t meet the criteria). How was i able to create an account when i could not meet the criteria?

    Secondly, I tried to launch a complaint and provided the required info, however when clicked on “next” it said “an error occurred”.

    Guys, please come up with something that works

  • Unable to unlock or reset the password

    Their are some bugs that needs to b fixed . As my account is locked, i try to reset the password but getting an error that id number or otp is wrong, but I haven’t received any otp .i have contacted several time but still facing the same issue

    I received response after 2-3 weeks, that to forward you guys problem with screen shots, which I already did the very same time. As I told it seems more scam, just stealing the information from hard working over seas Pakistanis. Thanks

  • Add remittance reciever

    salam sir.somedays ago SDRP send massage that we loyalty point get only remittance on Roshan digital account.not other account.so i have two Roshan digital account today i add my remmitence receiver information they said we check nadra verification and then i try to add my second account they said this name already have in list if i send money both of my accounts can i get my point that account not add in SDRP app what can i do to add my second account. 2- when we can able to use these points 3-why nadra and passport and FIA service remove from App. PLEASE GUIDE US

  • Not receiving OTP. Tried several times

    Trying to register but not receiving OTP. I’m in the US and me cellular network is T-Mobile.
  • Bugs Bugs Bugs, nothing else

    Dear Team,
    I registered my account with last version and added more than 10k points from my foreign transactions.
    After few days later, now when I try to login it says update the application when I updated now it is saying “Oh Snap! Dear customer, Due to unsuccessful NADRA verification, your account is marked as closed” what rubbish :(
    Even though I registered successfully and added points.
    After that I went to complaint section after entering all information while pressing submit it is say “Oh Snap! An error occurred” even no proper message alert what went wrong
    So dear what are you doing with Pakistanis, wasting time
    Now you will ask send screenshots, scenarios how it comes blaa blaaaa, No professional development, no professional testing
    Please hire professional software development team to build this type of Govt. level projects. Very disappointed, it is giving second time bad review

  • Poorly designed application

    How can rewards be in US dollars but remittances in “self award section” are calculated in Pak rupees? I send remittances in dollars to a dollar account in pakistan. However, the application wants me to enter “exact” amount in Pak rupee. How is it possible if you are sending in dollars to a dollar account? Very disappointed.

    Currently the app doesn't cater remittances made to a USD or any other foreign currency account. Remittance must be sent to a PKR account in Pakistan.
  • All I get is Oh Snap error

    Been trying to set up and when entering transactions, all it gives is oh snap, followed by sometimes that name does not match and sometimes says the transaction number has already been claimed. There is no way to enter the remittances sent.

  • Great Customer service

    I am changing my original review of bad experience to satisfied customer. At first I was having the same issues with the app, but on January 18,2022 I emailed the support with screenshots of the errors. In 2 weeks I received a message with link & instructions, so I downloaded new version and registered my account. I added my transactions and gained points but app was giving me various error messages plus my WU transactions and beneficiary transfer service wasn’t available. So I took screenshots again emailed the customer support ok January 30 and now on February 1st when I logged in to add my points it asked to update new version from App Store. After updating “Wollah” they resolved all my mentioned points and now I hold a Gold Status 👑
    Note: App allows only 3 transactions per day to add and it’s from October 1st 2021 only.

  • Not Receiving OTP

    Tried multiple times but not able to register, stuck at OTP screen, not receiving OTP.
    Please advise .
