Very last question is your membership / card number. If the app was written properly this should be the first question and then all the time wasted entering the details wouldn’t be needed.
Password ilssue
After app update password access doesn't work so requested email link to reset but you do not receive the email so cant use app. Suppirt response is dreadful

Great App
I got me and the family enrolled in Snap APP and we are all loving everything it has to offer! Great tool to advance your gym and snap experience. Gotta try those recipes.
Awesome app
I go to the placerville snap fitness and this app is awesome it even has home workouts and if you use your apple watch at the gym you can even get credit towards your monthly payment for the gym when achieving your goals on your watch at the gym! Overall this is the best gym around and I love my snap family!

Gym visits doesn’t work
Gym visits doesn’t work properly! I’ve added my card number since I’ve downloaded this app when I started at Snap Fitness in May 2022 and now is showing only 188 visits to the gym! Last night I was diamond member with 361 visits!
Workouts at hand!
I’m loving the workout videos on this app! It I want Yoga, it’s there, and the at home exercises are great too! You. An choose your fitness journey and the app will customize a plan for you! Even the meals are customized to your goals! The app sinks with the health app and tracks your steps and gym attendance. This is a great motivator for me! Thanks Snap Fitness:)

Can’t get passed the app sign up page
The app requires a date of birth and the scroll wheels work but there’s no way to select the date for the form. Really?!!
Click on Report a Problem in the App Store and it sends you to the general website.

Hello Ken & Thank you for your feedback! After you have selected your DOB, hit the 'save' button at the top right of the DOB selection box. This will save your information to the form. Great app! I enjoy the nutrition assets and the personal training assets . I especially like the fact that I can access a video clip of just about any exercise I am interested in . 👍👍👍
