Horrible app
This gimbal offers decent value for its price, but unfortunately, the accompanying app falls short, particularly in its auto-tracking capabilities. Despite the presence of ample lighting, the face tracking feature consistently fails to recognize and maintain focus on the subject. For instance, when I attempt to use the object tracking mode for my dog, the gimbal initially locks onto him. However, the moment he moves, he completely loses track and shifts focus to nearby distractions, such as a dog bed or even a tree on the periphery.
On one occasion, the gimbal bizarrely prioritized a ceramic lion's face over a real human face, which highlights its shortcomings in recognizing the intended subjects. It’s frustrating that many manufacturers don’t seek or allow active user feedback. For comparison, Roku security cameras have implemented a feature that enables users to review auto-tracked videos—be it of animals, vehicles, humans, or packages—and provide feedback on whether the tracking functioned correctly. Such user input could significantly enhance their artificial intelligence and auto-tracking performance, making it disheartening that similar mechanisms are not in place here.

Battery issues
I don’t know why but my battery loses power so quickly! If I didn’t continue the have it plugged in it would rock while I was videoing.
DONT USE THIS APP ITS TRASH
I first downloaded this app when I purchased the gimbal and it was free, I just went to update my app and it’s trying to charge me to update. Don’t support this app it’s absolute rubbish if I could give zero I would
This App is nuts. So sick
I took a gamble and bought this thing off Temu expecting pure junk. I never leave app reviews. The quality of this app and the quality of this gimble for the price are mind blowing. It feels like a VC is backing this company while they blow money on amazing apps and products at prices too low to make a profit but all i can say is get one and get the app while their available. Seriously no need for DJI this app is even better than the DJI from a feature perspective in my opinion.

Lost my footage
Lost 50 minutes of very important footage. I’m devastated. Is there any way to recover?? So disappointed…I’ve been crying for hours. This was for my job. 😭😭😭😭
Update it won’t connect to phone now :(
Could yall update the app so that it saves what recording resolution I choose. Every time I select 4k 60fps it will go back to 1080p the next time I use the app. Which may make someone forget to change it back again or miss the shot they wanted because they had to do the process of switching it back to 4k again. Thanks in advanced.

Unfortunate turn of events
Hi, this app is very good, I've never had any problems with it since having it. However I go on the app today and it’s stuck and won’t let me take a picture or video, when I move my phone around it doesn’t move it just is frozen on the same image. Could you please update the app to fix bugs, or help me to resolve this problem. Thank you.

Need support Arabic language
Very good app but really need Arabic language in app to can Arabic people can be used easily
Not great. It’s ok
It will not connect to Bluetooth. And there’s no instructions for connecting the Bluetooth. It says it’s searching for my device on the app, but will not find my phone. Or anyone’s phone for that matter (tried it on a few). So I try to manually connect from my phone and the Bluetooth finds device but won’t connect, and now won’t even find it at all.
The regular functions of the gimbal work great but anything that needs the app, of course won’t work without being connected to the Bluetooth. So half the use is useless.

Frustrated
I love taking time lapse videos, and I like the fact this app has got a couple extra features that my Apple iPhone does not. But what made me give it a 2 star review….. is if anything happens during the recording of your time lapse video it stops it. I even put it on airplane mode to help prevent it from shutting off… but maybe an alarm will go off. Or I have noticed sometimes it just shuts off for no reason…. Which is like the worst thing to do five minutes into recording an hour long time lapse.
You already are sacrificing your phone service with data & Wi-Fi off. It’s ok though… you walk away feeling great about the results you’re about to capture, but no…. Frustrating as it can get. You could of gotten the shot of your lifetime but little do you know as you’re walking away it already shut off.
Fun fact: what makes this poor review even worse…. I have only wrote good reviews. 😑
