Some Improvements Needed
I did the upper body one… it would be nice to hear the instructors voice or cues. As a new user to Corefirst, I got a great workout. I cannot wait to try the other workouts.Mickey5fl

Hello! Thank you for using the Corefirst App. I am glad to hear you have been getting great workouts. It would appear you used the only section in our app, now called the "Exercise Library", that is not led by an instructor. This section is intended just for exercise ideas incase you want to do only a few on your own or build your own workouts. The rest of our app with all of our programs, are led by Corefirst coaches and you will have voice and cues the whole way. I hope you have experienced those great workouts as well.
