Great workout programming app
I’ve been using Ardor for about a week. Initially had concerns about it fitting my equipment (it was prescribing kettlebells or dumbbells that I don’t have), but then realized that you can change them right before you begin the workout (try it). It’s been great ever since I figured that out, with the help of Jordan from Ardor, who emailed me back a couple times very timely and helpful. Also I’ve been really pleased with how the AI is adjusting to my fitness level, and is prescribing workouts and goals that are spot on. I like that you can also stack more than one workout in a day. For example you can do a metcon, and then separately tack on a short (or longer) strength workout. So far I’m really happy with this app, and intend to subscribe beyond the free trial.Great app overall
This app is really great. Gives me good challenging workouts. Two features I would like to see added: something for swimming and the ability to shift around workout exercises as needed (not change them out like the shuffle feature). This second thing can be useful in the gym if the particular equipment you need is being used, you can just do another exercise on the list while waiting.Great app overall
