I have a paid IDrive account and other want more
Instead of linking my iPhone to my existing IDrive account they want me to pay more for this service. When I try to log in with the other IDrive account I have paid for it says I don’t exist. And yes I’m using the correct password.

After checking our records, it is our understanding that you were trying to use your IDrive® 360 account to login to the IDrive® Online Backup app. Kindly download the IDrive 360 app from the AppStore and try signing in. Contact support if you need further assistance. We will be happy to help.
