Not worth buying from here some items are okay but it’s very hit and miss miss miss. At the price point I would rather visit Winners/Marshall’s and try everything on with easy peasy returns. With this brand you pay for the return shipping which at the most is $30-40Elliiet
The worst customer support, they don’t return your money
It’s the worst customer support in my life. I’m trying to return the full amount of money and send back the clothes. It’s already day 7. I want to return only 3 items (I ordered 5) with all return labels, absolutely in the same condition. They offered me half amount of refund when I said that I need a full refund on my bank account. The amount of refund is 121$ + taxes, but the customer support is ignoring me and emailing me they will return only 102.85. It’s illegal if you don’t know!!! If you read your reviews call me or email me. I don’t know how to call or text to the company, you have only one email with awful customer support and don’t have a phone number.Show lesskarisha1103

I placed an order from Instagram thinking this might be “to good to be true!” because I didn't get a confirmation email. However, just a couple of weeks later I was pleasantly surprised. My cute fashions arrived but unfortunately 2 of the 3 items I didnt love on me. No biggie, I emailed customer support to request a return. They responded immediately, helped me find my order since I Didnt have an order number, and gave me an option to choose something else with store credit or return the two items for partial cash back. The quality was great on all the pieces, and I'm obsessed with the shorts set that fit me, so I of course happily accepted the store credit. Zoe was helpful, responsive and more than fair. Do NOT Buy from this company
They sell clothing that is made poorly and then they refuse to give you your money back. I got a pair of jeans size Large and the inseam was 4 inches shorter than a pair of their Medium jeans. Sizes are inconsistent so ordering the right size is a total guess. And when you guess wrong using a store credit (because you guessed the wrong size before), they don’t give you an option to return it for another size. I am stuck with a pair of “Large” jeans that are smaller than their “Medium” jeans. They gave me bad merchandise and stole my money. If I could give them negative stars I would.Show lesscat lady x 2
Don’t purchase if you have a brain
They say in their website return policy is acceptable within 14 days of period but they dont mention that you have to pay for return fee. False advertising. They do their best not to refund your money. They offer either store credit in exchange for keeping items or half of the money refund to your original payment. Which is not worth for their clothes. I saw how bad and horrible quality their clothes are. Basically u pay similar amount to get better quality in mall. I am reporting this as a scammer and opening a dispute on my card against the charge.Show lessGulshoda10
