Hey guys, just giving you a bit of a heads up. The five star reviews under this app are fake, written by employees or owners of the app. The clothes are not good quality they just have some really good marketing. It’s SHEIN quality but at least SHEIN does returns and refunds. They don’t ship your items and if you’re lucky and they do, you will have to fight for days to get your money back on whatever you want refunded or returned or what is missing. do yourself a favor save your money, your time and your energy and shop elsewhere.Show lessmars00010
Overall bad platform
Ordered few things 20 days ago. Havent even shipped yet. Emailed them at the beginning theh told me one item was a pre-order, while when orderimg there were no signs of preorder. And I was told the items will be shipped on april 16.
The only way to contact them is email. So I emailed them again on April 18 to ask what's the status , with no reply. Again on April 21st - no reply.Show lessHercule26

Horrible quality and poor customer service
I should have read the reviews before buying. Sizing, quality and customer service is horrible. Expensive for cheaply made stuff. They give you only half cash back or 100% credit which is tricky to use. Waste of money plus lots of aggravation.Reviewing2024
app needs to cater to all bodies
I downloaded this app bc of a girl i met. I range between L-2x in women’s, i pressed the filter and there was ONE option and it wasn’t even 2x it was Large… and I don’t see any picture reviews either. i quickly deleted this app it’s got nothing to offer all bodies / sizes. unfortunate bc a lot of the clothing is cute.Show lessYoungMoneyBabe
