Quality clothes with quality customer service. This company has surprised me every single step of the way! After reading all of the negative reviews I was extremely skeptical but the prices and the cute items were just to tempting. I received most of my items (all besides pre-order) in 2 weeks. And was amazed by the quality of most of it! I would compare it to Abercrombie. And then came time for returns and asking for my pre-order items to be cancelled. I ordered about 15 pieces to try out for the first time. The quality of most pieces was good and very nice, I received few complement about the stuff that I kept. Some piece the size was running small. For return you need to pay for shipping label but I see the majority of these online stores have it now all. Deceiving Shop-Highly unsatisfied
I am very disappointed with the service at Commense. My cousin and I ordered at the same time and hers arrived but mine did not. Mine has not even shipped yet despite paying for express shipping. This was my graduation dress and unfortunately I had to find an alternative and it wasn’t what I wanted. I’ve tried to contact Commense through email and have not heard anything backs customer service is poor. Also when I ordered it did not state that the dress I was ordering was for pre-order until after I made the purchase which was also disappointing.Show lessDrug jochen
