Your customer service is awful!! You do not get back to people fast only your automated email does and it does nothing and does not answer anything!! I feel this is a scam! Shipping & Pre-order
Buyer beware, if you order several items and there are a few pieces that show ‘pre-order’ next to them (I think they meant to say ‘back order’) then none of your items will ship those pre-order items are replenished. So even if you have 10 things and 1 is on pre-order, even if you paid extra for express shipping, nothing will get sent out until all items are ready to be shipped. Horrible! Bad customer service
Purchased some orders and the orders came very late. After that wanted to return some items, couldn’t to the return process via app and the customer service they do not respond when it’s returning. Contacted them via email so many times and still got no proper response from them. The return items are still here which are small size and cannot do anything with. Not worth the hype
I hate that there is no tracking feature you won’t even know where your order is it’s been almost over 3 weeks that i have not received a single item. Worst part their team does not reply at all. I don’t even know what to expect won’t ever order againShubh Dhindsa
