Unable to get it to load!
*Edit* Tried again for 2024 and still cannot get past a spinning cursor. I give up.
Really wanted to join in and support this great cause but unfortunately unable to get past the registration page - just get a spinning page of doom. Tried on iPad and iPhone, tried deleting and re-installing - nothing. Shame.Show lessOver-the-rainbow
Can’t go back
Be aware that you can’t go back to change the number of participants. I put my kids in, so a family of 6, only to find that it’s £20 each. I wanted to take them off but there’s no way to go back to change it!KellyZoomZoom
App no good
Was inputting exercise data into it daily then I got kicked out and can’t get in, try and reset password but can’t get into app as told that site has security issues and could affect my device. Disappointed but hopefully they raise a good bit of cash for the cause.Jockanese Lad

Password reset failure
Inexplicably locked out of app after 2 weeks usage
Password reset requested multiple times plus web developer contacted by email
No response, therefore unable to participate furtherds081069

Several issues, namely:
Still waiting for my snood.
Not able to replace my password.
Not able to access the update
Kept going round in circles and not getting anywhere.

Unable to even get it up and running
I downloaded it once and partially got through setting up an account but have been unable to make any progress since. App just sits there spinning. Tried on the web as well with same login and password. Sits there spinning. Such as shame as I want to take part.peeblesrunner
Retrospective logging missing
If you forget to log activity it’s impossible to log it retrospectively. Could that be fixed please?…some of us have lousy memories 😀BonnieNursie
