Doesn’t work with my Ac unit
I got the ac specifically for the phone connectivity and control and when downloading the app and trying to pair my AC unit in the app the model of my season is not showing up and there’s nothing I can do about it. What’s the point of the app I can use it
Something Changed
I don’t know if it’s just that hot outside that it feels warmer inside or if I need to get my mini split checked. But ever since the app update, it doesn’t seem to cool down the house as good as it did with the previous version of the app.
App update lost features
The app recently updated and we loss a lot of control over the app and it’s features. We can’t control gen mode anymore which is very beneficial for us solar powered people, we also cant control the direction of the air anymore as well, the unit itself is awesome the new app update is not.
Removed features????
I am no longer able to remotely control my AC device with my phone. After the most recent app update I am no longer able to connect my device to the SAME wifi it's been connected to this whole time because it's "cannot connect to a 5g network" SINCW WHEN?! just yesterday, I could use my phone to control my AC, and one app update later, and the Bluetooth feature is completely rendered useless.

Terrible App
Garbage app, I have a mini split AC and the app is terrible for it, I set it to cold and it blows out full heat, the app has about 10% of the features the mini split has, as in I can’t control the fan speed, the swing function, and multiple other features with the app, only the remote. All around terrible app.

App updated, pretty interface but it’s worse
The new update that came in today changed the interface of the Della A/C mini split I have. The old one was glitchy but it was still FUCTIONAL, it had all the setting you find on the remote. The new update looks pretty, but it’s pointless if I have to grab the remote of the unit to control the high/medium/low speed. Not only that but I can no longer control the swing mechanism of the mini split to point up or down, this app is no longer functional and is basically useless

Bit of a joke
What’s the main thing you do with a thermostat? That’s right, adjust the temperature up and down. With this app you can only turn it down. Neither the manufacturer or developer will read this or make the fix. Good luck contacting either online as messages go unanswered. It’s so frustrating and I wish I could return the whole unit but it’s already mounted.

Nearly useless
App is nearly useless. Does not regulate temp properly. For example, if you select cool automatic fan and set to 68 degrees it does actually cool but continues to cool far too much and the room will eventually read around 60 degrees before the unit stops cooling. Same with the heating. If you select heat and automatic fan to 72 degrees it will heat but will continue heating to around 80 degrees before shutting off. This app is only useful to simply turn the unit OFF or ON. Not useful for setting the desired temp.

App needs improvement
I’m running a TL series mini split. The unit works well. There are however some issues with the app:
Chinese text for configuration options with In the app despite the chosen language being English.
The Auto feature does not allow the depth of configuration to indicate the activation temperature to begin heating or cooling.

App needs updated
Please update the app for the air conditioner to be able to control the light on the panel. The remote control disconnects from the unit and you can’t turn off the background light off on the control panel.
