Good but could be better
Very simple but needs better controls. The functions are confusing when trying to keep the air temperature at a constant temp. Also, the ram controls are limited. The app would be better if it worked more like an Ecobee or Nest thermostat. The system hardware is very good but again, the app and the remote are super confusing and hard to use.

Terrible app
The app does not work well. I can’t increase the temperature or change from heating and cooling in the app. I can lower the temperature, but that’s about it. And sometimes the unit says it’s on, but the unit isn’t heating or cooling. I have to hit the power button a couple of times to get it to actually work. I guess you get what you pay for.

Which app had a heat option to turn on heater from app and also turn up the temp
Awful app awful mini split unit
Set the temperature to 70 degrees f in heat mode. Unit sets to 83 degrees f in cold mode. Only the down temp button works. Unit is prone to issues

Not sure how to rate the app. It seems to work except you can only lower the temperature and you cannot increase it. You would think they would have picked up on this let alone read through the comments. I will say it here PLEASE UPDATE THE APP SO WE CAN TURN THE TEMP UP!

This is a decent working product however it is very noisy, I cannot tell the difference between fan speed but it does cool not sure if it would do 800 ft.² as listed but I have it in a small room

Nearly worthless
Can’t turn temp up or down. Completely generic app support knowledge base. I tried to connect with Alexa and it literally says in instructions to connect to “app name”. Stupid. I asked the question and got an equally generic answer.
Useless app
Unable to increase temperature and change mode setting on app. Apparently this is not an isolated problem since I have seen several other reviews expressing the same complaint.
