  • They erase my reviews at the App Store. STAY AWAY!!

    They erase my reviews about issues in the app on iPhone I have posted here. I have given reviews 5 times, they never show up. Support sent me a request for all kinds of data, log, including SN of my phone (which I have never had any company ask me for :/. Their support staff acknowledged their programmers know the issue in iPhone where the top right x is directly on the battery icon on the screen. This makes clicking on the x or left arrow which is right on the battery icon not possible. So the app on both our iPhones is unusable to navigate. They say they have been working to fix the GUI on iPhone screens. Read this feedback, this has been a long existing issue. So why all the questions?
  • Navigation arrows iOS app at top left and right are too close to edge

    In the keto mojo app, the small Navigation arrows iOS app at top left and right are too close to edges, don’t work, can’t make contact with them. Have to keep closing app and start over to navigate, very frustrating. It’s the same arrow navigation issue on both our apple iphones 14 pro max iOS 16.5.1 iOS. We both have separate monitors. Looks like the app has a lot of great information but again, we are very limited because of the dysfunction arrows at the top in the app.
  • Works!

    Not really doing Keto but fasting almost weekly to loose weight. I’m really liking access to the numbers!
  • Total frustration

    Although it’s quite convenient to have both your key tones and glucose registered at the same time; the performance of the iOS app, or the account nomenclature set up for tracking your records, has quite a few imperfections!

    Every time I go a day without opening my app in my meter, it makes me log back in and it tells me it’s never synced with my meter before so it’s not retaining my history. It’s very frustrating to sit here and try to allow the instrument and the app to manage my readings and have it not perform up to expectations.
  • iPhone 15 bug?

    I am not able to tap the “x” at top right to exit detail screen. I can see 90% of the “x” and is not responding. I have to close and reopen the app. Quite annoying but always room for improvement.
  • Fixed broken home screen icon for iPad displays!

    Tech support came through with their promised fix. Thank you.
    This latest version is awesome.
    5 stars is well deserved now.

  • So Far so good.

    I’m using this for the 1st. I know im in ketogenic mood and the way my body is acting. Just don’t know the levels with out keto mojo. I’ll update in 2 more weeks.
  • App issues

    Sometimes a test isn’t picked up on the app and results have to be entered manually. All that shows is the circling symbol. This happens more often than when it works properly.
  • Healing myself

    Thankful there is a way to check the progress of my health.
  • Lack of support for fixing broken Homescreen icon for iPad displays

    MyMojoHealth app does not draw correct icon on iPad Homescreens.
    Developer is aware of anomaly, but is ignoring it. Very annoying and speaks volumes about the lack seriousness to correct bugs and improve the product.
