Won’t open, won’t sync
At first it just wasn’t syncing with Cronometer. Then it stopped syncing with Keto-Mojo app. Now it won’t even open.Frustrated keto

The website does not tell you which app to download and so I had to do it twice after wasting many strips since the syncing process would not work well. The syncing process is not discussed well at all on the website. The strips were not drawing up blood so again, wasted strips that are expensive. Customer service is nearly absent and when they respond they go on repeat of steps you already understand…sent a video and was told I am doing correctly…but they don’t offer to send strips to replace the ones that have malfunctioned. this is a cumbersome process with many many detailed steps…when you have all the steps correct, customer service goes on repeat in their response going over the same thing you understood the first time. They do not address what you are saying. This is a horrible experience, don’t expect them to get back to you timely. Once it took them 72 hours.Tramoe

This is a great app for keeping track of what your glucose and ketones are doing. I wish it were possible to erase readings on the meter permanently so communication between the meter and app could again be seconds not minutes.Not-Negative Nancy

Worked beautifully first day …today through into new app …original app with meter not syncing ..which why I purchased this. Called and no one answers “leave number and they’ll get back to you” so far ..terrible service and experience ..about to returnDmskat

Great app - graphs could be better
