New app is unusable

I made the mistake of using my legacy Pokeworks email address when I first logged in, only to be told that my credit card was tied to a different Thanx account. Unfortunately, I can’t logout and log back in with the Thanx email address. There is no option. I’ve tried deleting the app and still I cannot fully reset it so I can logon. I’m stuck using their terrible website until this is fixed.
