WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
After a lengthy discussion with a nameless customer support representative via email. Back and forth for over an hour with the customer support representative constantly asking me if I wanted a credit and not a refund. They finally submitted my refund request to another team. TERRIBLE SUPPORT!!
I would have considered purchasing again if they would have taken my request the first time but never again.
I’m pretty sure my refund request will not go through and my order will be randomly shipped out and possibly lost in shipping. Since that looks to be their goto response. And they are not liable for lost items in shipping and hold zero accountability.
Completely unacceptable. Now I have to take this matter up with my bank.
