Scammers
Beware of this app and company. They are a scam. I bought a pair of shoes, they passed their authentication process but once I received the shoes it had missing items. I contacted their customer support regarding the issue and their response to me was that their authenticators dictate what is an accessory and what is not an accessory and that they will not compensate me for the missing items. This basically means their seller guidelines are a lie because in their guidelines it states that all accessories must be included with every pair of shoes sold.J1g2a3

No filter/sort? Basic UI/UC missing. So annoying.
Oh you selected a sneaker and there’s 1200 results? Ok, we’ll just have you scroll through all of them instead of giving you robust filter/sort on search results.

Terrible for TCG Purchases
The shipping costs are extremely high, they will cancel your order without telling you. They double charge you if you purchase using PayPal. I’ve tried making a card purchase twice in this app and this is everything that happened over the course of those two purchases. Not worth the headache when there are so many other places to get cards.Biz2188
The app is good but there are major issues
The first issue it’s not strict enough on damage good second sellers can choose not ship if prices go up third, I’m having issues purchasing I keep getting error payments in through pay palcristian42023
Quality control issues
Honestly a coin flip as far as quality control standards. I bought a futura dunk from them and received a shoe with an obvious glue stain the size of a quarter on the heel. They deemed this to be not a defect and recommended I sell the shoe back if I’m not satisfied. Probably shop elsewhere if you’re spending good money.TummyG23
Seller accountability is terrible
If the seller changes their mind and thinks the price was too low, they can just not ship it to you and cancel the transaction and move on. Awful experience.joan1474

Fantastic experience! Shipping from Japanwas literally SO QUICK (less than 3 days) once the items were authenticated and shipped.
Sometimes you may buy something, but the seller never ships the item to SNKRDUNK, that’s not really an app issue, however snkrdunk may want to consider not doing business with sellers who dont honor the purchase price that we bought something for. I had 2 separate orders from 2 separate sellers, for pokemon boxes, 1 seller sent their items to SNKRDUNK to authenticate and it shipped super fast to me. The other seller has yet to send the pokemon boxes to SNKRDUNK, likely because the prices have went up. In that case snkrdunk should penalize these sellers, as it will ultimately reflect bad on the app. But again, that has nothing to do with the app.
I had a great experience with this service and am grateful that it exists!

Trash App with fake product
This app is awful for buyers. They let sellers cancel last minute, they double charge and won’t refund, and they allow fake products to be sold.
This app is a scam.
