They let sellers cancel orders so they can sell for higher price
If prices for certain products go up then sellers on SNKRDUNK can just cancel orders so they can take advantage of higher prices.cjpwrs
Unfortunate
While they have cool looking physical stores where you can buy product immediately, the app functions more like GOAT or StockX where individual sellers use the app to sell their shoes. I attempted to purchase a pair during SNKRDUNK’s recent shipping promo, and after weeks of not getting a shipping notification, turns out the seller would not ship the shoes. I looked to purchase the shoes again and the price had risen by nearly 40%. The only option I had was to cancel and repurchase at the higher price, which I did not do (given the historical sales figures of that shoe according to SNKRDUNK’s app were no where near 40% higher so really unjustified). Very unfortunate first experience with no financial consolation or incentive to try another purchase.Wondererwhowanders

The prices are good but you can’t find specific sizes, like preschool, grade school, etc. That filter should be added because that’s all the ads are displayingBre4526

I’m not saying people giving bad reviews aren’t truthful because I’m sure everyone has their own experiences. I ordered a pair of 94 Barkleys and I was skeptical. I tried to cancel the order and I had to wait for days but it shipped anyway. Got a play by play on the shipping process and my shoes arrived faster than an order from Nike. Like 4-5 days. Got them , opened them and it was official. Can’t complain. Pretty satisfiedsm4llfry82

App went from Great, to garbage
As a US buyer, I loved that shipping was fast and items were authentic. Problem is that I noticed shipping prices went up every month that I was on the app. as well as processing fees. It’s more like stock X processing fees. If I wanted stock x I would’ve purchased on there. Used to use snkr dunk as a slept on app, now it’s overpriced junk. I even tried to purchase an sb dunk last week, and everytime I clicked to purchase. It would send me back to payment option and give me a note saying “seller has changed price” I said ehhh okay only $15 more.. and I would keep pressing purchase until It went up another $15.. and again… and again… essentially I keep getting a error message when I try to purchase AND price goes up everytime I try. So I don’t even try anymore I’m not sure what’s goin on with the app, this app went from being
