I downloaded this app after finding Lottie on instagram and doing her 24 day challenge back during covid when i felt trapped, worried and needed an escape. I had no idea what pilates was little did i know id fall in love with it. 4 years later I'm still using this app 4-5 times a week and also got my friend to sign up to a membership. Its perfect if you want to push your self and feel strong or need a more gentle class because life has gotten busy. I love this app and how its transformed my relationship with working out and my mind. Thank you Lottie!!!
