Whatever my mood, available time, and goals on a given day, I can find a workout that meets my needs. I wasn’t sure if videos would keep me engaged, but I’ve found that I love them and the online community available to unlimited subscribers. Plus, Jessica is really encouraging and her approach is so accessible. I feel great and look forward to my daily workout. Love the app!Best Investment In Me.
Jessica’s program has been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Her workouts have increased my strength, balance, flexibility, and maneuverability 100 percent. I’m 53 and don’t think twice about getting down on the floor anymore. I can easily pop back up with out knee pain or twinges. Running was getting too hard on my body and I knew having gone through menopause I needed to increase my strength. I work and don’t have loads of time. Her workouts are comprehensive but don’t require a lot of time. It took me a while to get out of the mentality that you had to spend an hour a day to get results. The app is user friendly and wonderful. I can use it at work when I need a 5 minute pick me up. The workout library is EXTENSIVE. I had shoulder pain the other day—found a 15 minute shoulder pain work out and no more pain!!!

I love the ease and portability of this app! I can download works at anytime and anywhere. The options from beginner to advance are great to have as well as workouts that are 5 minutes all the way to 40 minutes. Something for every- body
