  • Worst WiFi module ever

    I can never connect the device to the WiFi. I’ve changed the WiFi to 2.4 GHZ and tried EVERYTHING!!!!! Also you can’t control the device without Wifi
  • The app is smart to use.

    I have good control of my SuperBase Pro through the Zendure app. I often take my SuperBase Pro to the beach. I use the SuperBase Pro to power the blower and dry the dog's wet fur after my dog swims in the ocean. That's so cool!

    I’m not sure if it’s an iPhone issue but I can’t control anything with this app other than changing the light colors on my device on the bottom

  • Overall it works better.

    Hopefully a dark mode will be released soon and it will be a better experience at night.
  • Terrible app

    Super base pro only charges to 50% before dramatically reducing input watts ever since I installed the app plus you can’t access half the options available on the app while you are connected p2p and none of them while you aren’t

    Sorry for the bad experience, you can update the latest firmware and the latest app, the P2P function is now perfect.
  • Good battery… bad app.

    The time until empty display isn’t jokingly inaccurate. Can’t change from F to C. The time left when charging is mostly inaccurate. The battery % and Input/Output watts seem to be reasonably accurate. But the time until Emory issue is a deal breaker.

    Is it SBP or SBV, our SBV has been upgraded with the latest BMS algorithm, you can fix the problem by firmware upgrade.
  • I had to use my android phone to connect & C won’t change to F & zero customer service

    1. I had to use my android phone to connect & Celsius won’t change to Fahrenheit & zero customer service.

    2.Zero customer service? … no reply to several of my emails and phone call.

    3.Numbers not accurate … said 11min to finish charging more than 30 mins ago and still saying 9 mins to charge.

    4.Won’t change to F from C temperature …

    3.Return it? …. I might return this unless they improve the app… What’s the point in having using the app if what it’s telling me of a lie?!

  • Still needs lots of work

    Software still very buggy. Battery percentage is often not accurate. I expected more form this unit when I purchased the superbase pro. I am still hopeful they will continue to improve it through app updates and firmware updates but the more time goes on with out significant improvements, the more my hope fades.

  • How do notifications work?

    I would like my SBP 1500 to notify me when the battery reaches a certain level. Currently, it only creates an in-app notification, but doesn’t generate a system-level notification, so it’s really useless to me unless I’m constantly opening the app.

    Thank you for your suggestion, we have now implemented the addition of App Push notifications in SBP, you can now view Zendure App Push notifications when you don't have the App open. Please update to the latest version of Zendure App.
