Battery nightmare - Defective Firmware Upgrades
After numerous ongoing issues over 2 years with a SBV 6400 the last straw was a firmware upgrade via the app which then knocked out any input charging capability via the grid/home power. The unit was returned (again) after having to jump through hoops with a now VERY poor customer service experience which still after months of patiently waiting we have still not been credited for over 4K! Their so-called warranty seems to be worthless. Would highly recommend after our experiences and many others online looking at other reputable manufacturers.

System locks
Software locks up frequently after firmware updates. System does not respond to commands and if Wi-Fi or internet goes down so does power production to home.
Worst WiFi module ever
I can never connect the device to the WiFi. I’ve changed the WiFi to 2.4 GHZ and tried EVERYTHING!!!!! Also you can’t control the device without Wifi
The app is smart to use.
I have good control of my SuperBase Pro through the Zendure app. I often take my SuperBase Pro to the beach. I use the SuperBase Pro to power the blower and dry the dog's wet fur after my dog swims in the ocean. That's so cool!
Not very useful
I’m not sure if it’s an iPhone issue but I can’t control anything with this app other than changing the light colors on my device on the bottom

Hopefully a dark mode will be released soon and it will be a better experience at night.
Terrible app
Super base pro only charges to 50% before dramatically reducing input watts ever since I installed the app plus you can’t access half the options available on the app while you are connected p2p and none of them while you aren’t

Good battery… bad app.
The time until empty display isn’t jokingly inaccurate. Can’t change from F to C. The time left when charging is mostly inaccurate. The battery % and Input/Output watts seem to be reasonably accurate. But the time until Emory issue is a deal breaker.

Is it SBP or SBV, our SBV has been upgraded with the latest BMS algorithm, you can fix the problem by firmware upgrade.

2.Zero customer service? … no reply to several of my emails and phone call.
3.Numbers not accurate … said 11min to finish charging more than 30 mins ago and still saying 9 mins to charge.
4.Won’t change to F from C temperature …
3.Return it? …. I might return this unless they improve the app… What’s the point in having using the app if what it’s telling me of a lie?!
