Thank you for your suggestion, we have now implemented the addition of App Push notifications in SBP, you can now view Zendure App Push notifications when you don't have the App open. Please update to the latest version of Zendure App.
Much better after the last update.
Here are some bugs:
- when resetting the password and say yes to “save the login and pass to keychain” it saves it wrong way so that later it places the pass to both, the login and to the pass fields. The saved login is ignored.
- when charging time is 1.4 hours on the device itself, the app says charging time is 14 min )

Sorry, you are using that product, our SBP supports WiFi direct connection technology, for security, it is necessary to bind the SBP to your account first, you can refer to the guide of the app. All other products support Bluetooth direct connection.

Sorry for the bad experience, you can try the following actions. 1、Please make sure that the Wi-Fi password you enter is correct, and pay attention to whether there are spaces and case issues before and after the Wi-Fi account or password; 2、Make sure the phone is using 2.4G Wi-Fi band to add the device (check whether 2.4G band and 5G band are shared as one Wi-Fi account, if so, it is recommended to modify it to a different account and change it to 2.4G band network during network allocation); 3. Make sure that the router has enabled DHCP service; 4、If you are using iOS 14 and above, please make sure that you have opened the App's local network permissions and wireless data permissions; 5、If the network is normal, but the device fails to match the network, please confirm whether the router is overloaded. You can try to turn off the Wi-Fi function of a device to free up the channel for reconfiguration; 6、If the router enables wireless MAC address filtering, try to move the device out of the router's MAC filtering list to make sure that the router does not prohibit the device from networking, or turn off the MAC address filtering. 7. Please use a professional brand router, if the router is provided by the operator, it may be affected by some functions of the operation and have compatibility problems;
