  • Much better after the last update.

    The developers definitely read the reviews and fixing the bugs ) Thanks.

    Here are some bugs:
    - when resetting the password and say yes to “save the login and pass to keychain” it saves it wrong way so that later it places the pass to both, the login and to the pass fields. The saved login is ignored.
    - when charging time is 1.4 hours on the device itself, the app says charging time is 14 min )

    Thank you for your recognition, our SBV and SBV's battery packs are supporting Bluetooth direct connection with WiFi connection, which improves the user experience very much, the app will be updated every two weeks, and the firmware will be updated in 1-2 months, we hope that it will bring a better experience to the users.

    Stay away! Cannot function the app to turn off turn on anything no chat no service of any kind no telephone number in a bunch of spam.

    They want to create new accounts new websites I’m not registering new websites CCP

    Sorry, you are using that product, our SBP supports WiFi direct connection technology, for security, it is necessary to bind the SBP to your account first, you can refer to the guide of the app. All other products support Bluetooth direct connection.
  • Doesn’t Work!

    Upgraded to new version and now can’t even log in to my account. No way to connect to my SBP now.

    Sorry for the bad experience, SBP supports WiFi direct connection, if it's urgent, you can try WiFi direct connection, the app will guide you.
  • won’t connect to wifi

    Tried to write review but it disappeared. Connection is has not been fixed. Requires 2.4 Gz network, which mine is, but after selecting my network and typing in my network password, it continuously states “connection error” and says to re-select and enter again. Can’t get passed this. Contacted cust svs via email, & was asked to send video of problem, and to try another 2.4 Gz network. Went to friends house, tried same, & still can’t get past connection error. Since there are reviews with same complaint obviously there is a problem with their app, which has not been fixed. Waiting to hear back, but so far nothing further. Will have to resort to placing phone call to them.

    Sorry for the bad experience, you can try the following actions. 1、Please make sure that the Wi-Fi password you enter is correct, and pay attention to whether there are spaces and case issues before and after the Wi-Fi account or password; 2、Make sure the phone is using 2.4G Wi-Fi band to add the device (check whether 2.4G band and 5G band are shared as one Wi-Fi account, if so, it is recommended to modify it to a different account and change it to 2.4G band network during network allocation); 3. Make sure that the router has enabled DHCP service; 4、If you are using iOS 14 and above, please make sure that you have opened the App's local network permissions and wireless data permissions; 5、If the network is normal, but the device fails to match the network, please confirm whether the router is overloaded. You can try to turn off the Wi-Fi function of a device to free up the channel for reconfiguration; 6、If the router enables wireless MAC address filtering, try to move the device out of the router's MAC filtering list to make sure that the router does not prohibit the device from networking, or turn off the MAC address filtering. 7. Please use a professional brand router, if the router is provided by the operator, it may be affected by some functions of the operation and have compatibility problems;
  • Won’t send verify code

    Just got my Zendure Super Base Pro but can’t use it fully because the app won’t let me register. UPDATE: Finally got the access code. Everything seemed ok until today. Opened the app and it had logged me out. Tried to login again and it said my account information was incorrect. Tried to reset my password and again…..no verification code comes through. The hardware appears good, the software is unusable. It’s too unreliable.

  • Some tip to setup your SBP2000

    1. The app have some issues to setup WiFi: You need to turn on WiFi on the device then hold 3 seconds to hear a long beep to actually reset WiFi in connection status, by default it looks like it’s search a WiFi hotspot(maybe factory hotspot) but you maybe mistakenly think it’s in waiting connection status.

    2. After connected to the SBP WiFi, you will need to enter your own WiFi name and password, by default it automatically popup its own device WiFi name in that column cause lateral WiFi setting failed.

    3. It has two firmwares for DC and AC, somehow after upgraing and reset, my USB PD doesn’t have any output, I did a power cycle then it’s back to work, so don’t be nervous if you found it looks break after firmware update.

    4. After firmware update, all the settings like charging limit, 50/60hz AC been reset to 50hz, make sure you adjust those values before use again.

    I feel all those are software issues, could be addressed by App update or firmware update in future.

    The unit looks absolutely beautiful and I hope it could add some RGB rainbow effects on Led lights

    I bought Superbase 2000,which works well with Zendure app. Everything is working properly.
